We typically charge flat rate pricing on all of our repairs (plus parts, if needed) and part of our diagnostic process is to identify the problems and provide you with a written estimate of costs for repairs. Then once we receive your approval, we’ll get started on your repair.
Most repairs are completed within 3-5 business days. Repairs that require parts to be ordered are typically completed within 5-14 business days.
Yes, we charge a $35 diagnostic fee for Laptops and Desktops and a $50 diagnostic fee for Gaming Desktops.
We accept Cash, Credit, Debit, PayPal, Venmo, and in rare situations kitchen sinks and first born children.
Yes, give us a call and we will be happy to schedule a pickup of your computer. Then, once repairs are completed, we’ll schedule delivery of your system. Cost: $35 fee ($20 one way)
We carry all the parts you would need to build a desktop computer as well as parts for laptops.
Yes we do! We carry a large selection of replacement screens in stock!
For the safety of our customers as well as the safety of our employees we are not offering any in-home service at this time. However, we do offer remote support options that allow us to work on your computer from the comfort of your home.
Laptops will only need the charger. Please do not bring any cases or other accessories with the laptop. Desktops, just bring the tower. We won’t need the power cord or any other accessories.
